Native to South Africa, Haemanthus albiflos is known for its
paintbrush-like flowers and was therefore coined the white paintbrush plant.
Overtime immature plants (shown to the left) will grow into a large clump.
Temperature:
Keep at room temperature within 12-25 degrees.

Lighting:
Native to South Africa, the paintbrush plant (known for its paintbrush-like flowers) prefer bright light with a little direct sun.
Watering:
Keep in well-drained soil and base your watering on whenever the first few centimetres begin to dry out.

Propagation:
Plants will sub-divide and form into large patches that appear as "clumps". These clumps can be subdivided into individual plants shown in the photo above.
